Alternatives has been instrumental in identifying senior executives in many
leading edge high tech companies as well as middle managers, and senior
individual contributors over eighteen+ years. The breadth of our reach and
search work spans the high tech markets such as HW/SW
Systems, Communications & Wireless, Enterprise/Applications SW, MEMs/Nano/
Optronics, Pharma/Bio/Healthcare,
as well as industrial and consumer goods and eCommerce.
The focus of our service is
to perform Retained Searches for preferred clients on a boutique basis
where we can commit our full resources to fill positions as timely as
possible for the client with the best candidates. Strategic Alternatives is not limited by
the specific technology or market area or discipline, and staffs all
functional areas. And although we
are based in Silicon Valley and Orange County CA, we access potential
candidates worldwide and can staff any location.
Our experience allows us to
be very adept at handling a broad range of assignments for companies
pushing the technology envelopes and ways to differentiate themselves in
their respective markets. In each case we are seeking out the
strongest candidates that have the leadership and requisite experience,
skills, and employment backgrounds needed for the positions in smaller
early-stage startups, to mid sized and larger
companies.

understanding of the markets and underlying technology we perform searches
in, not only from our personal operational involvement as executives, but
also as a result of our active and expanding search activities into new
areas. Our database resources reference over thousands of individuals and provides
the starting point for our research to allow us to converge on the best
candidates.

search firms is that we are a Boutique' search firm where the principals of
the firm directly manage and conduct the executive search using the
seasoned years of experience to effectively network and identify
candidates. We personally have the
experience of working in both large corporations and startups and have the first hand knowledge what it takes to succeed! The principals of the firm have over 45+
years of combined experience building quality management teams.
We have
the business acumen, insight, and understanding of technology, with the
tenacity to seek out and find qualified candidates that can make a
difference to your company. Our
search activity is not passed off to the less experienced back office
personnel to conduct as in larger search firms. Because we are a small firm we are not
likely to be encumbered and limited in approaching companies who have been
past clients.

in the Retained Search Industry, we are flexible with terms and are
